COVID MANDATES FOR QUEENSLAND, AUSSIE EMERGENCY WORKERS UNLAWFUL COURT RULES
Covid vaccine mandate ‘unlawful’ for Queensland emergency services, court rules. Police and ambulance workers given unlawful directions to get vaccinated or face potential disciplinary action, supreme court finds.
Great win but it did not go far enough. It appears they won because the jab mandates violated their terms of contract, not that the mandates themselves were unlawful, which they actually were. You simply cannot force people into a medical experiment. It is a violation of Article 7 of the ICCPR and a crime against humanity.
Nevertheless, other workers that were stood down because of these mandates now have grounds for compensation since there would not have been any provisions in their contracts that would allow for the sudden imposition of these injections.

International Best Practice doesn’t mean to say it’s good for Australia.
I recently participated in a Senate Inquiry into Multinationals loading up their Australian subsidiary with to much related party debt.
Related party debt is where a Multinational lends money to its Australian subsidiary. Interest paid on this debt is transferred offshore. If abused, related party debt can be used to strip the Australian company of its profits, enabling less tax to be paid.
Thin capitalisation provisions seek to limit how much money can be lent into Australia. In short a Multinational can’t overload its Australian subsidiary with debt.
There is a move to cap the amount of debt to around 30% for non-ADIs.
In my view this is reasonable but of course the rent seekers aren’t happy as interest paid offshore can be taxed at a lower rate than interest earned onshore.
While this might be good for the Multinationals, it’s not good for Australia if the debt structure is not at arms length.
It’s not a question of International Best Practice, it’s a question of what’s good for Australia.
Another important clip from Senator Rennick dealing with the issue of foreign ownership of Australian assets. The "best practice" system in place at the moment is set up so that companies can avoid paying the full tax rate here and only end up playing around 10-15 percent or less. What they do is import huge amounts of debt from overseas onto their books that is then used to minimize the profits. The stiffs under question pretty much shrug their shoulders and squawk "it's the international standard/best practice" .... but for whom is it really benefiting? Money gets siphoned out of the country. That's no way to run anything.
To the question of requiring 'international finance' to get things done here, the Senator has pointed out that there is enough capital available in Australia if the system were set up to facilitate its use. The present set up looks like a gamed system. It stinks.
We have intelligent clowns in suits, playing along for their paychecks, and not giving a stuff about what is actually going on. This seems to be a very familiar pattern. People in love with their paychecks while the house is burning down. This is a very real and serious problem to be fixed.

What COVID 'Vaccine' Mandates? (Malcolm Roberts)
We're told in the media that 'vaccine' mandates are over, yet my office hears from many Australians who are refused employment or threatened with being sacked from their jobs unless they take two, sometimes three jabs. What is the current guidance on mandates in the health sector? Department of Health has no particular view and says it can be the employer's individual decision — there is no national policy or vaccine mandate in place. The Minister has not heard of anyone, including nurses, being sacked recently.
The terms of reference inquiry for a potential COVID Royal Commission involved witnesses who gave this testimony. Despite an alarming shortage of nurses and other healthcare workers, skilled and willing staff are being rejected for their decision based on informed consent. We hear from many healthcare workers and others from across Australia who are still faced with the 'no jab, no job' discrimination to this day.
This looks very much like the rule of "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil" is being applied by the Minister and the health department. Until they take responsibility and offer a position around employers' choices over applying mandates there will continue to be a 'free for all' on the use of coercion and discrimination to the detriment of individuals and our health care services.
So there is no national jab mandate but sectors of the health industry are enforcing one, where the administrators seem intent on having everyone conform, where they are acting like little dictators. This is an absolute disgrace! They are coercing people into taking experimental drugs which is a crime. Everyone involved in such actions MUST be prosecuted.

An important issue raised by MacGregor, when it comes to Russian relations, is that they have not come to terms with the horrors of Stalinist Russia and Communist Russia in general. Many countries/people in Europe have very bad memories of this time, and have no love for Russia. Many Europeans and ethnic groups inside Russia actually turned on the Communists and fought for the Germans in World War 2 - because of the actions of Stalin. NKVD files showed they executed up to a million on their own soldiers in the war. Furthermore, Hitler would not have come to power without fear of the Soviets and the actions of communists agitators in Germany. However, as pointed out in the clip, the country has changed since that time.
While Russia has been stupidly boxed in by NATO expansion they must also consider the sensitivity of their position as a regional power. In regard to what happened in Ukraine over the last decade, they were being attacked by a US sponsored enemy that would not have stopped if not for military intervention.
Towards the end of the interview MacGregor calls for a complete clean out of Washington, including the Intelligence agencies.

What they leave out is the effects of chemical pollution on reef health, which has been a concern of locals in the affected areas.

Another case of aortic dissection (2022) after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination. How can we be sure this is rare, if autopsy studies are not being published regularly?
Not enough research and safety measure are in place. Where are all the autopsies investigating sudden deaths? There's is present day lack of understanding about what is actually going on with the experimental medicines that we know are intrinsically dangerous. The jab material does not stay in the arm, and the extent of the harms is not fully understood. And because we are in an experiment, when it comes to safety, the onus of proof is reversed. Something that is experimental is not safe until proven safe.
One further thing to note is that young people were given the Covid jabs and did not need them. Their risk from the virus was incredibly low. Today all these people are at risk of death from these shots.

The title to this clip says a lot. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand that research is vitally important when investigating an issue, especially one involving a lot of sudden deaths of young people. Basic scientific concepts are not hard to grasp. In this situation, where we are in an experiment, the ONUS OF PROOF IS REVERSED. This is why the autopsies are needed, to show the extent of what is going on. We already have autopsies that have shown the inflammation and immune system attack on organs of those that have died suddenly. More animal testing could be done too - to determine the length of time that the spike protein material is ACTUALLY produced in one's body. Presently WE DO NOT KNOW. Autopsies have shown the jab material persisting for many many months, not a few days as claimed.
You can imagine, from that brief explanation, and the video here, that we are really living in a corrupt clown world where rational systems of regulation and oversight are BROKEN. They're broken due to money and politics.

The official South Carolina record temperature was set at Columbia during 2012. The data from that thermometer is not even remotely credible.
The rural thermometer shows cooling while the one in the urbanised area shows recent warming. When it comes to regional and country-wide averages, the urban temps are included with the rural ones to paint an 'overall' picture of the climate that ends up showing some warming! What a surprise.
The issue is pretty obvious but the scamsters expect the public to uncritically believe whatever they are told, even when confronted by information that counters the narrative. The scammers rely on people acting like zombies on most issues.
The reason for the lies is that this is a money making gravy train tied into feel good politics, with terms like 'sustainable living' etc. No one wants to live in a smoggy hell hole, but the problem is they want to shut down farms, have you live in limited areas, eat bugs, and generally be treated as slaves that own nothing. The key thing to consider with the debate over Starship Troopers is that their society is not a fascist one. The film, by Paul Verhoven, dressed up the content to give it a fascist look, but their society is a libertarian one (no one is conscripted, the humans were attacked by the bugs) where there is accountability, as described in this video analysis.
The issue right now is that the left is claiming that the humans are the bad guys, which is likely driven by the look of the film. This strikes at the heart of how many people on the left think. They look at things superficially, constructing a narrative around how something makes them feel, rather than objectively understanding what it is they are looking at.
In the case with the Starship Troopers film, the reality of the society is rather difficult to discern due to the look of the film and because of some characterisations (especially in the commercials and recruitment propaganda clips). On the whole, when you consider what is actually happening, the truth becomes apparent.

The best thing about what we are seeing with this clip is that the alternative media has now gone mainstream. News like this gets out via Jimmy Dore, and likely Russell Brand, and Joe Rogan, and even Tucker Carlson. The (largely) uncensored Twitter platform, now owned by Elon Musk, will share this news far and wide. It is no longer something only seen on Alex Jones' Infowars network, or via a few other alt media producers. The difference today is that the alt media audience is massively larger and that the public has largely rejected the MSM as a source of credible news and opinion.
Note: If your brain has been dismissing this sort of information because you have been told that it's just "conspiracy theory" talk/tripe, then your brain has bought into a CIA driven trope that was put out to derail people asking questions about the assassination of JFK. It's a simple psychological ploy, often used in conjunction with talking heads offering false explanations of events, such as what NIST did when it came to the collapse of WTC7. A lot of people have trouble seeing past such a screen of lies.
However, if you rationally consider the arguments, the official lies are actually TRANSPARENT. They NEVER addressed the evidence adequately. What they served up was a cartoon version of reality. It's why structural engineers, and others, were suspicious as soon as they saw WTC7 or saw the basic arguments - that the building fell at Free Fall speed. Don't let your brain be tricked by false arguments simply because an official/authority figure is pushing them onto you. The most important thing is the data, and what it is straight up revealing.

As a result two parents had to go back to work, causing our children to slide in education rankings.

More, and very direct, evidence to ban the mRNA jabs. These never before seen white clots, the same as found in the UK, are killing people where we don't know the percentage of those jabbed who have them. We don't know exactly how they form either, but techniques must be devised to dissolve or remove them before more people die. There is no sitting on the sidelines when it comes to this issue.
What we are looking at is a consequence of using unproven technology on the human population. This is what happens with reckless experimentation. People get killed. This syndrome would have been detected in proper animal testing which was never done.
The unbelievable part of the whole situation is that the authorities, and 'responsible' medical professionals, are in denial about what is going on. This cannot stand.
Everyone subjected to this crime needs to vote FOR parties and individuals that stood against the jab mandates. The next step is the prosecution of those that coerced or tricked the public into being injected. This crime must never happen again.
The most important thing right now is to stop any more people taking these shots, whether it is for the first time or 'boosters'. Children, who were never at any risk from Covid, should not have taken a single dose of this stuff. The crime we are witness to here is heinous indeed.

Two things you said were completely on target for why this hole is now near-impossible for the big 2 to climb out of: New fans of the billion-dollar movies going into comic shop and seeing nothing familiar, unlike, say, in January of 1966 when kids wanted Batman comics got exactly what was on TV.
2. It really hit home for me when you said it's been like this for 15 years. FIFTEEN years! That's a generation's worth of fans who will now grow up and not pass any tradition of reading comics onto THEIR kids. Like Disney with Star Wars, they broke the chain. It's hard to rebuild buzz back up after such decimation.

You've mentioned it before, but I really think we don't focus enough on the fact that they presided over superhero comics during the superhero boom. Superheroes were the most popular things on earth for like a decade. They should have been selling 10x the numbers they did in the early 90s! Instead, they imploded. What a wasted opportunity, since it seems like superheroes are starting to go out of style again. They may never get that chance again. Any industry that fails at a time when its products are the most popular thing on earth deserves to die.
Imagine sales of The Lord of the Rings books declining substantially after Peter Jackson's trilogy came out. It's fucking absurd.

“I’m DONE With The Left!” Joe Rogan BLASTS Liberal "Cult" (Russell Brand)
Joe Rogan has spoken about previously being “a left-leaning person,” but now is one of the people who have “woken up to the leftist lunacy.” So what has happened to the left in recent years to make so many former Liberals now reject that label?
The left are supporting the agenda of big business and globalism since they have been tricked into thinking they are acting virtuously due to 'bleeding hearts' (intersectional/environmental) propaganda that covers up what is really going on. These people have been brainwashed to think that their neighbours are the enemy - particularly the mainstream working class people of their own (Western) societies.
Rogan is correct in dumping the left today because they have been caught up in a series of establishment/academic lies, about health, the environment, plus society in general, and these things are ruining them. Rogan, and many others that are dumping the left, can still be categorised as centre left libertarians. They did not change so much as those that were caught up in a web of virtue signalling propaganda did (propaganda that denied on-the-ground reality and science).
A lot leftists today (but not all) now come across as virtue signaling 'morally superior' authoritarians (not all of them are authoritarians but they don't respect people that don't agree with their views) and these peope often seem to be, and admit that they are, mentally ill. They tend to believe in subjectivist fantasies about the state of society, and the world, where hard facts and science are rejected. A lot of information they get comes from the establishment media, and academia, and consists of out of context arguments or cherry picked material that is skewed due to politics. They see the environment/society as an entirely 'social construct'. While it is true we live in a constructed society their error is to see EVERYTHING as constructed and, most importantly, almost entirely malliable.
Those that don't conform to what they are pushing are then seen as 'the enemy'. 'Normative' society is seen as inherently bad and oppressive where their solution seems to boil down to State communism (with little understanding of how it would work in practice). The people on 'the right' today basically want freedom and want individual choices respected (which is something the left used to champion a few decades ago).
Note: This does not mean there are no problems with right leaning political issues either. It is often argued that the right wants a situation where is it everyone for themselves. What people like Rogan would advocate for is to have a sensible level of economic social safety measures, even universal healthcare, without all the other things that are being pushed by the left today (encapsulating things like diversity hiring, as opposed to simply hiring people as individuals, and destructive economic measures such as Net Zero).
Additional Note: Not all of the leftists have a morally superior attitude, but all of them have been caught up in the virtue signaling propaganda. Those that can see the propaganda for what it is, like Rogan, then break free of the mental conditioning.

For each 50 PPM increase in CO2, NOAA adds an additional one degree of imaginary warming to the US temperature record. They are altering the data to match their failed theory.
We know that the added (hotter) temperatures are fake because we have access to the raw thermometer readings that shows the US has been cooling. We do not face any danger from an over heating planet, at least caused by humans, which is a good thing. People should be happy about this information.

During the war we never see the Ukrainian forces create cauldrons, whereas the Russians form these all the time. As a result the Ukrainian losses are certainly very high, especially with the superiority of Russian firepower. The main thing the Russians seem to lack is coordinated heavy fire to cover their infantry and blanket counter-artillery fire to help their advances. Alexander points out there is now much less footage from the battlefield due to Russian jamming.
The last part of the clip deals with the fact that Western militaries in Europe are badly depleted, that the Russian economy is managing to maintain the war without cratering, and the Tucker Carlson interview.
