Great win but it did not go far enough. It appears they won because the jab mandates violated their terms of contract, not that the mandates themselves were unlawful, which they actually were. You simply cannot force people into a medical experiment. It is a violation of Article 7 of the ICCPR and a crime against humanity.
Nevertheless, other workers that were stood down because of these mandates now have grounds for compensation since there would not have been any provisions in their contracts that would allow for the sudden imposition of these injections.
