State Crimes Against Democracy - Lance deHaven-Smith [MUST SEE RECAP]

Have you ever wondered why and how the term "Conspiracy Theory" became popularized and how it became associated with crazy people with outlandish unsubstantiated beliefs? Why this persists today despite the voluminous amounts of evidence that point to conspiracies at the highest levels of government, past and present? Last September I filmed this talk by Dr. Lance deHaven-Smith, which begins to explain this phenomenon. In 1967 in response to the growing criticisms of the Warren Commission on John F. Kennedy's assassination the CIA issued a memo to all their agents telling them to contact all their media assets (look up Operation Mockingbird) giving them talking points to dissuade people from conspiracy theories and connecting people who promote conspiracy theories to communists. Today we see continued defamation of people who believe their government conspires to commits high crimes against the people. This talk and Lance's book are a much needed investigation into this. DeHaven-Smith's new book, Conspiracy Theory in America, was published in April 2013 by the University of Texas Press.



Excellent lecture. Rather than State Crimes Against Democracy we should probably label what's happening as Deep State Crimes Against Democracy (DSCAD).

On July 15, 1967, NBC allowed New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison to respond to an NBC program that was highly critical of Garrison's pursuit of alleged Kennedy assassination conspirators in New Orleans.



If there had been any justice served with this case we'd probably be facing a less corrupt system than what is present today. At the end of this excellent presentation Mr Garrison mentions that he, unfortunately:

"Learned more about the human race than I really wanted to know, and learned more about Government agencies than I really wanted to know, and more about press agencies than he cared to know".

Today a lot of people are going through such a process via the Covid situation - learning similar truths.

We've had a lot of exit ramps to avoid the present state of our corrupt world, and we are still stuck on the highway. It's WHY blogs like this one keep posting these sorts of videos year after year after year. We must get off this deadly highway.

In March 2021, The Telegraph was one of the first newspapers to imply a causal link between the jab and blood clots after Norwegian scientists suggested a possible mechanism.

On the day we published the story we received a threatening phone call from a senior official at the MHRA warning that The Telegraph would be banned from future briefings and press notices if we did not soften the news.

Another well-known Cambridge academic got in touch to complain about our “disgraceful fear-mongering headline” on the story, claiming that it would discourage vaccine uptake and cost lives.

We politely pointed out that hiding the facts from people was not helpful and could also cost lives. The academic did not respond.

In February this year, TikTok removed an audio clip in which I [the Telegraph] discussed whether the benefit of vaccination was worth the risks for young people, claiming it had breached community guidelines.

After we showed that the Government’s own website acknowledges the link, the clip was reinstated.

All of this shows a troubling paternalism in government, academia and some media outlets who believe that the public is not capable of weighing up the pros and cons of medical interventions and so must be shielded from the truth.

Major Publisher Retracts 511 Peer Reviewed Scientific Articles (Business Reform)

In this video I discuss Hindawi / Wiley and their decision to retract 511 peer reviewed articles over unethical conduct by researchers and reviewers. I also discuss the bigger picture of how the entire scientific process is being undermined by unethical behavior discovered by numerous journal publishers.


 
Numerous publications have retracted hundreds of scientific papers as outlined in this clip. There are also 265 peer reviewed papers dealing specifically with Covid that have been retracted. Most people, including many academics and professionals (such as medical doctors) do not realise the problems that exist in the scientific world - that there is immense pressure to publish, that scientists are not guaranteed to be ethically minded, that mistakes can be made (much more often than people think), that there are levels of collusion when it comes to denying or approving various papers that suit certain agendas, and more ...

Be wary and mindful of dissenting voices to the the orthodoxy scientific view. The dissenters, whether published or not, may be correct.

JAW-DROPPING: Reporters & White House Agree On Censoring Twitter (Jimmy Dore)

At a recent White House press conference, a front-row reporter asked Biden spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre if the Biden administration was monitoring Twitter since Elon Musk had taken over the social media platform, specifically wondering about the alleged “misinformation” that might be receiving a warm welcome on Musk’s Twitter. Jean-Pierre reassured the collected journalists that the White House was keeping a close eye on the goings-on over at Twitter.

Jimmy and The Convo Couch’s Craig “Pasta” Jardula discuss reporters’ eagerness to censor when they should be the most aggressive defenders of the First Amendment.



The reporter at the start of the clip, with a straight face, asked what could be done to stop Twitter being a vector for "misinformation". The correct response is to ask "what misinformation? ... the material put out by Government and the press, or that found is some sectors of the alt media?"

The response should be the same when someone asks about "conspiracy theories." Which ones? The ones put out by Government and the media about 'unstoppable terrorist networks' that are actually supported by State actors, or the wild claims found in some the alt media space? 

This is about the non specific progandistic tarring of all dissenting voices and evidence by describing them as unfounded or intrinsically wrong. You can see clearly that the media is just another arm of the corrupted State. They likely want Chinese style internet controls.

Journalist Aaron Maté (https://mate.substack.com) has caught a great deal of heat from the mainstream media in the west (and many liberal YouTubers) for his reporting on the United States’ efforts to overthrow the Syrian government. As the most recent instance, writer Mark Townsend in The Guardian described Maté as the premier conspiracy theorist spreading misinformation about Syria. In the article, however, Townsend didn’t bother to cite any examples of Maté’s alleged misinformation nor did he bother to reach out to Maté for a quote or comment on the allegation. So Maté called to confront Townsend, and recorded the interaction for the rest of us to enjoy.

Jimmy and America’s comedian Kurt Metzger discuss with Aaron the first rate smear job he received in the pages of the Guardian and Townsend’s cowardly dodging when he was called out.
