Australian Parliament Calls On U.K. To Free Assange! (Jimmy Dore)

The mainstream dumped Assange when Wikileaks exposed the DNC corruption in the lead up to the 2016 US Presidential Election. They had already gone cold on him after the false sexual assault allegations.

It's good to see the Australian Parliament FINALLY doing something more overt than what they have been doing.

The clip also contains a speech, from years ago, where Assange blames the mainstream media as accomplices in war crimes - since they unquestioningly carry the lies that have launched various conflicts.

One way to think of this situation is that the mainstream press facilitates mass murder.

Moreover, a lot of mainstream journalists must know that what they are publishing, about the proxy wars in Libya, Syria, or Ukraine, have been lies. Good journalists would unavoidably discover the truth and so they are deliberately lying.

The profession is a disgrace.

This is why independent media is so important. It's why Assange ended up in jail and why figures such as Alex Jones have been banned on social media and others like Tucker Carlson and Russell Brand smeared.

However, times are changing, The mainstream is becoming a backwater in the age of the Internet with many new figures appearing in the alt media space who are enlightening the previously hookwinked general population.
