CHUMP CHANGE- Nobody Has A LOWER Page Rate Than A Diversity Hire (YaBoiZack)

There's no middle ground in comics, there are A listers who get paid well (where there are only a few of them) and the diversity hires that produce material that does not sell. And a company with no sales cannot afford to pay staff. This all started when the diversity hires were first hired. The solution may be to remove these people and demand higher standards. The problem is comics is not an essential service. To get sales you need good content.
