US Armed Forces Preparing For LAND INVASION Of Iran! – Col. Macgregor (Jimmy Dore)

Troop movements and other indicators suggest the Trump administration is preparing for a major expansion of U.S. military operations against Iran, including a possible ground operation. So says retired Col. Douglas Macgregor as he examines reports of deployments, weapons, aircraft, personnel and other substantial U.S. military preparations in the region, although this does not guarantee that a full-scale ground invasion has been ordered.

Jimmy discusses the logistical difficulties and risks of a ground invasion, including the size and distribution of U.S. forces, air and missile defenses, and Iran’s terrain and military capabilities. He also criticizes U.S. foreign policy and argues that the conflict could continue or escalate after the November midterm elections, while reporting indicates that U.S. officials have considered both additional military action and diplomatic negotiations.



Although forces and equipment are being prepared, this may be another expensive ruse that will end in failure (since the Iranians are not prepared to back down).

If this pending attack is real everything is being done at the behest of the Israelis. However, the war in Ukraine has shown that any ground attack in Iran will be extremely costly. It will be unworkable. Military planners must understand this reality.

One further thing to consider is that before any of this goes ahead Gulf State oil production will be destroyed, and also Israeli infrastructure - with the Russians and Chinese backing Iran. Neither the Gulf States nor Israel will be able to ship oil, or keep the power on, or keep their desalination plants working. 

The idea that the US and Israelis will simply build up enough equipment and personnel to be effective is a fantasy. The final outcome looks like it will be a disaster for both the US and Israelis, and also the world economy.
