Once You Understand the Canadian Government WANTS Tariffs, It All Makes Sense! (Viva Frei)

The Canadian Government would not agree to some basic, and reasonable, US demands concerning border control. Why do they want this tariff war? It allows the Canadian Government to play victim, and score points, to distract away from all the problems in the country.
