Trump Fumes As Russia Widens Pokrovsk Breakthrough, Strikes US Owned Factory, Moscow Toughens Stance (Alexander Mercouris)

Alexander points out that there are likely misunderstandings between the US and Russians when it comes to the peace negotiations. He also points out that the Trump tweet about launching attacks on Russia have likely been misunderstood. He may have been talking about the fact that the Ukrainians need to do this to win, but they can't, and have therefore lost. His ultimate goal is to bring about a quick end to the fighting to appease the Washington swamp. However, the war will only end on Russian terms that will almost certainly play out via a military victory.
