Ted Kaczynski's Warnings About Big Tech, Centers of Power & More (Glenn Greenwald)

Kaczynski wrote that technology was destroying humanity as people were being driven away from local/community life into an institutionalised and detached existence where people were serving the machinery/systems rather than the other way around. The clip goes on to cover Kaczynski's other warning about trivial distractions preventing the public from addressing what was happening to them, where Glenn Greenwald points out that today that form of distraction is identity politics. The public has been deflected from dealing with danger generated by modern society based around huge, monstrous, institutional centres of power (that are corrupt and look after their own interests ahead of the interests of local communities).
