Lower interest rates makes housing affordability worse (Leithvo)


This interview with ABC Radio Brisbane discusses the outlook for interest rates and the likely ramifications for house prices.



The problem with low interest rates is that that the Australian economy is beset by mass migration causing huge demand for housing. People will take out massive loans to outbid each other and be placed into high levels of debt.
