Understanding the Alien Perspective w/the original Found Footage Filmmaker | Richard Dolan Show

Our visitors are meddling in our affairs to varying extents. But to what end?

In relation to our present (and past) wars, they don't intervene to stop us killing, maiming or torturing each other, but they have interfered with our nuclear weapons - shutting them down in a number of instances. So while they are not radically intervening in day to day events/politics they do seem to have an interest in planet changing things, at least with the nukes. 

Was this done as a warning that we not use nukes against their own craft or was this a warning to not deploy them against ourselves, thus destroying much of the planet? One can guess that in either event the idea behind the interference, that happened in both the USA and USSR, was to allow them to continue their low-interference scientific study and experimentation operations.

They certainly do not seem to care that our world is in the grip of corruption due to our own human failings, with power mad/psychopathic individuals in centralised, and largely unaccountable, positions of control.

The clip here points out that the general mess in which we find ourselves, as a society, is something we need to sort out on our own. However, with nuclear weapons in the mix, some help (interference) in steering our civilisation away from launching nuclear missiles might be appreciated (both for their operations and our own survival). Nuclear war, causing widespread radiation, including the melt down of nuclear power plants, is something they would not want to see - although we did have above ground nuclear testing that went on for almost two decades.

The best we can come up with, when it comes to 'the alien perspective', is that they are treating us like scientific subjects, where they don't want us to self sabotage (via nukes) that could end their continued observations and experimentation. They do not appear to act in an overly beneficial way when it comes to our day to day lives, but they do actually mess around with people's day to day lives - so there is licence for them to change things on the ground here. To what extent they will want to steer us in a less destructive, more wise, direction is uncertain. Any extra help they can give would be appreciated.
