Labor must right energy policy wrongs (Leithvo)


The federal Labor party has opposed domestic gas reservation for more than a decade. The Rudd/Gillard Government approved the Gladstone East Coast LNG export terminals without requiring any domestic reservation.
The Coalition took an excellent gas reservation policy to the election, which Labor labelled a "thought bubble".
Now reports have emerged that the Albanese government is belatedly considering imposing gas reservation.
This interview with Luke Grant discusses this issue, alongside Australia's falling productivity and the Victorian government leeching off NSW and QLD.
