It's difficult to image that everything will be rolled up considering how many people have been compromised. The big question is what can those in power do despite all this blackmailing and their overlapping interests?
One must consider that not all the crooks operating within a system, or government, will necessarily agree with how things are being run - which puts us into a globalist vs nationalist situation. It could be likened to a mafia vs mafia thing - where different groups of people have distinct areas of interest they want to protect where you find finance corporatists vs industrialist corporatists. The finance corporatists tend to want to loot, and can make money if things crash, whereas the industrialists make more money from a genuinely strong economy.
