The big question is where are all the jackals? It appears they are indeed active and this would explain why we are seeing some policy backflips from Trump and his team. They're being threatened.
What the Trump team needs to do is work behind fortified walls, with military protection, and issuing orders to detain intelligence/neocon heads, raid their offices and take action to clean up the corrupt networks - all the while declassifying everything they can get their hands on.
They need to rapidly take action against the ruling cabal that has its hands in things like terrorist networks, drug running and human trafficking.
