Putin Congratulates Trump On His Presidential Inauguration & Welcomes His Efforts To Prevent WW3 (Infowars)

Russia is ready to talk with the USA but will not pause the war for Ukraine to simply be rearmed, as happened with the Minsk Accords. If the US and Ukraine can agree to Russia's current terms, with Russian control over the east of the country, plus Crimea (and perhaps Odessa), and the demilitarisation of the Ukrainian military, and their neutrality (no to joining NATO), the war can end.
