Constitutional Lawyer Explains That Biden's Use Of Blanket Pardons Is Fraud On Its Face (Infowars)

Tyler Nixon joins Alex Jones to weigh in on Biden's attempt to proactively pardon his guilty, criminal pals.



The potential problem here is that one can argue that Ford's pardon of Nixon was preemptive. He had not been charged with a crime, and left office to avoid impeachment. Ford cleared Nixon of any future prosecution and it has set a precedent. The Biden pardons here are retrospective too. He's not using them to protect criminals if they commit future offenses. The Nixon pardon looks like it was a huge mistake and should have been challenged.
