UPDATE: FEDERAL COURTS & SCOTUS BATTLE OVER TEXAS DEPORTATION BILL (Infowars)

The law is supposed to be based on common sense and to protect the interests (freedom and property) of those under its protection. Allowing thousands of illegals into the country, who are circumventing due process, is clearly not in the interests of the people of the United States.
