The Joe Rogan Killer (Lotus Eaters)

This Lotus Eaters episode deals with one of Joe Rogan's guests who later went on to commit murder. The issue here is about wrongly releasing violent criminals back into society.

There is a chunk of those that commit violent crime who are very disturbed and not redeemable. They're essentially psychopaths - for whatever reason. Releasing such people into society poses a danger to the public. The long sentences are there for a reason.

The key thing with sentencing and street violence is to ensure the safety of the public.
