Neil Oliver: Lies!

‘…we’ve been had!’



Oliver says he thought that we'll eventually reach a point of peak madness after which things will get better. But the lies and madness keeps rolling out. He points out that so many people still think all is relatively well when things are clearly far off the rails. They do not see the dangers posed by those in power. We live in a world of lies built upon lies. 

He thinks that ordinary people, including professional people, are either oblivious or don't want to know the truth of what is happening. He says that people are preoccupied with their ordinary lives and so have have no time to consider they've been had. Until they are in obvious immediate danger, they brush things off.     

Also, Governments of the world are routinely lying to the population. The Government often blames the the population for their failings. Unfortunately, many people still have trust in authority, although they will tell you the opposite when it comes to the Government. Now Governments are trying to pass laws to stop people from sharing information that runs counter to their narratives.

My siblings are educated, successful people and they are like zombies. I am a recovering zombie myself. The scale of the lies and deception is unbelievable and therein lies the problem. My family just laugh at me when I try to show them evidence of what’s going on.

You got me at 40 seconds (I'm listening as I type). My entire extended family are all on the other side of the divide. You're treated as if you are inferior or generally less intelligent. I'm sorry, it really struck a chord & it does wonders for the psyche to hear someone who sees the same madness. You just feel beat down & worn out after a couple of years (I'm a glass 1/2 full guy). Thank You.
