Charges against several individuals involved in a 2021 pandemic protest have been dropped, leaving a trail of injustice and confusion.

Charges are being dropped against these protesters one by one and there legal moves to get Government documents that brought about the lockdowns - documents that have been unjustly withheld from the public. It is very likely these documents have been kept hidden because they have no legal basis. This information may exonerate the actions of the protesters and wipe out all the fines that were issued. So far fines that have been challenged in court have been dropped as far as we know. The reason for the Government not putting up a contest is that a fair challenge would look at the legal basis for the issuance of the fines.
