It’s All Over For Vice Media! (Jimmy Dore)

Vice Media was once the hip, fresh upstart across the visual media landscape, taking viewers on exciting journeys, uncovering incredible stories and generally showing the old guard establishment outlets how the new kids on the block do it. But those days are long over as Vice years ago gave up its hipster cred in favor of taking big money investors and pushing establishment, imperialist dross.

Guest host Aaron Maté and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss some of the cringe-worthy empire-pushing content Vice has produced in recent years.



This is a really good clip because Aaron Mate goes over examples of exactly what Vice News has being doing. They became obvious sell outs to the establishment featuring uncritically aired opinion coming from neocon hacks and other Washington swamp creatures. They became a 'hip' mainstream news clone - white washing terrorists in Syria and neo Nazis in Ukraine. They have a long history of supporting US 'humanitarian wars' and it appears the public has rejected them.
