Right towards the end of the video Alexander talks about the misuse of the legal system in the US and UK. Corruption in the West is causing a failure of democracy, where political opponents are locked up and denied fair hearings much as you would expect in Stalinist Russia or Nazi Germany.

Welcome to the club Alexander. Since 2001 I have been stunned at the loss of legal protections, 'renditions' ie kidnapping, 'enhanced interrogation, ie torture, Julian Assange locked in a high security prison having committed no crime, the smearing of anyone who speaks out against Israeli apartheid, US sanctions and coups, I could go on and on. Democracy in the west died a long time ago. I have been depressed, dismayed, disgusted so many times. Only the prospect of the rise of BRICS and a 'fair world order' gives me hope.
