Biden Empty Handed in Kiev, Russia Advances Bakhmut; Borrell Begs Ammo; Leaders Shun West in Munich (Alexander Mercouris)

The war grinds on with the Russians slowly advancing, but only using limited numbers of their available troops. It looks like they are husbanding their forces until the Ukrainian front lines collapse? Meanwhile the West seems to be fudging around with their supplies of weapons that are slow in coming and low in the needed numbers to make a difference. The rest of the world, outside the West, including China, is not invested in the conflict and is on good terms with Russia.
