Oleksiy Arestovych, a longtime aide to Volodymyr Zelensky, was recently forced to resign after revealing that Ukrainian air defenses were likely responsible for a recent residential building bombing in Dnipro, and not a Russian missile, which was the “official” story. This forced resignation underscores how important maintaining a strict narrative for propaganda purposes is to the Ukraine war effort.
