Russia Presses Forward Bakhmut, Vuhledar, Orekhov; Rand Warns US Overinvested in Ukraine (Alexander Mercouris)




The same things keep happening. Russia slowly advances, and when Ukraine launches their counter attacks they fail while taking high casualties.
