U.S. General Admits Ukraine Is About Retaining U.S. Power (Jimmy Dore)

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley recently delivered a speech where he acknowledged that the United States is continuing to funnel weapons and intelligence to the Ukrainian military for the simple reason that the U.S. seeks to maintain its current status as global hegemon, which Milley misleadingly describes as the “rules-based order.”

Jimmy and The Dive host Jackson Hinkle discuss the brutal, if veiled, honesty expressed by Milley in announcing that anyone who threatens U.S. power will be dealt with harshly.



It's the hypocrisy and double standards that stinks ... a 'rules based order' but only when it suits the USA. People forget that AFTER the US backed coup in 2014 the breakaway regions of Ukraine, the ones that refused to acknowledge the Coup Government, were attacked - and the killing went on for 8 years. Requests and deals for referendums, that Kiev knew would favour separation (like what happened with Kosovo, something the US promoted), were rejected. And it led to this intervention by Russia BECAUSE of the continued attacks. It was not unprovoked. MSM reporting that are LIARS. And they should know better. How can a professional news department get this wrong, unless they are corrupt. And so War is sold on lies, and perpetuated by lies. If the truth was broadly aired a peace deal would have been hatched by now.
