Russia Reinforces Kherson, Ukraine Evacuating Nikolaev, Shoigu Warns of Ukraine Dirty Bomb (Alexander Mercouris)

Nikolaev, on the Ukrainian side, is on the way to Odessa, and it is being evacuated, while the Ukrainian attacks in Kherson are running up against brick walls. It is more likely that the Russians will advance in Kherson than the Ukrainians. 

The talk of Russia leaving Kherson is likely leading to (further) disaster for the Ukraine side. The more attacks they launch towards the city the more personnel and equipment they loose. The Russians could talk up the idea they are leaving as a trap for the Ukrainians.
