Putin Announces Partial Mobilisation, Additional 300k Russian Troops to Be Sent to Ukraine (Alexander Mercouris)

More level headed talk about the conflict. In the Western media there is little indication that the Ukrainian side is doing poorly, whereas it seems objectively true that they have taken huge losses in personnel and equipment. The Russian mobilisation is not the desperate act the media in the West claims either. Ukraine has already had seven reported waves of mobilisation in comparison.
