Russia Fighting in Lysychansk, Ukraine Announces Tactical Withdrawals, EU Distances from Lithuania (Alexander Mercouris)

Reports coming out indicate big defeats in the East for Ukraine, where they were forced to withdraw. The politicians and media are pushing what happened as a straight up tactical withdrawal, but as Alexander points out it would have made better sense to do such a thing one month earlier in order to shorten the battlelines.
