Every tyrant in history has written laws that are IMPOSSIBLE to comply with... and that's the point.

'Enforcers' can now 'find' a crime for anyone... and everyone... all in the name of 'safety' of course...

The Digital Duty of Care is EXACTLY that... impossible to comply with or to be confident that you HAVE complied, and RIPE for the abuse of any current or future tyrant that's looking for a pretext to take somebody down.

And when you consider the DDoC in light of the interactions between the Online Safety Act and the 'Hate Groups' bill, which I covered in episode 468 of the Topher Project... things start to 'click' in the worst possible way.
