Macgregor tells Jimmy the CIA and Britain’s MI6 are helping sustain Volodymyr Zelensky’s government through intelligence support, security assistance, and foreign fighters.

When Jimmy asks whether Israel controls the CIA through its influence over CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Macgregor describes the agency as operating independently and pursuing goals aligned with Israel, while acknowledging he does not know whether Israel directly controls it. Macgregor concludes that Washington has lost sight of American national interests, criticizing what he calls the pursuit of global military hegemony and arguing that ordinary Americans have little desire for endless foreign conflicts.
