Oil Shortages Are The LEAST Of Our Worries! – Says Col. Douglas Macgregor (Jimmy Dore)

Retired Colonel Douglas Macgregor joins Jimmy to warn that Europe faces a severe energy and industrial crisis, arguing that Germany’s nuclear shutdowns and disruptions to fuel and sulfur supplies from the Persian Gulf threaten automotive manufacturing, chemical production, and the refining of metals such as copper and gold. He says the war with Iran involving Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu is worsening global energy pressures, with European diesel shortages particularly concerning because trucking underpins the movement of goods across the continent.

Macgregor also highlights mounting pressure on American agriculture, claiming that tens of thousands of farms have gone bankrupt amid fertilizer shortages and criticizing the Trump administration for neglecting farmers while relying on imports such as Argentine beef. He warns that fertilizer disruptions could contribute to famine in countries including India and across Africa, and blames a political system dominated by “vulture capitalism” for prioritizing corporate consolidation over small farms and family agriculture.
