The immigrants coming into the West today are not building anything new, they're economic 'refugees' from largely failed states. If too many people come in, and bring their own culture, they end up favouring their own ethnic or religious groups, and then balkanise the country, excluding others. They have no problem with discrimination so long as they are the perpetrators. This is why immigration into any country needs to be carefully considered.
