Are They Preparing Us for Alien Disclosure? (Richard Dolan)

The latest rumors of an imminent White House announcement concerning UFOs and non-human intelligence have generated some discussion. In this video, I examine what is actually known and explain why I remain unconvinced that a genuine disclosure plan is underway. I also take a close look at two new documents addressing the psychological and social consequences of disclosure. Some of their recommendations seem sensible, on the face of it. But others envision an extraordinary national apparatus involving HHS, intelligence agencies, educators, clinicians, religious leaders, coordinated public messaging, and population-level behavioral-health monitoring. This raises a basic question: Who will control the information, and who will define the public’s proper response? Finally, I return to the historical record—official memoranda, extraordinary military encounters, and decades of crash-retrieval testimony—which strongly suggests that the real problem is far older and more serious than the latest Washington rumor.
