This week's Macro & the Mortgage Podcast with Catherine Cashmore from Land Cycle Investor breaks down the ongoing downturn in home values, the worsening interest-rate outlook, the growing likelihood of recession in 2027, the latest changes to immigration policy, and Labor's latest housing lies.



The video opens with Leith explaining that ABC TV did not invite him onto a program about immigration, likely because he told them he thought lower immigration was better. SBS TV, on the other hand, did a great job when he partook in a similar discussion. He also blasted the Victorian State Government over the state of the roads that are full of potholes.
