This Gets Worse (Paz49)

It turns out he was reportedly not a very good teacher, and despite multiple complaints, the University did nothing. They punished those that complained. It was all about politics and incompetent management/oversight. 

Apparently there are other individuals in the system that have been placed there because of politics rather than competency.
