Major Banks Are About To Do The Unthinkable... Move Your Money Now! (Scott Kuru)

The banks are not cutting rates and changing lending rules because they feel generous. Something is shifting inside the Australian housing market, and the people with mortgages, investment properties or plans to buy need to understand what this means before making their next move. In this video, I explain why Australian banks are fighting harder for mortgage customers, how rising interest rates, property uncertainty and weaker buyer confidence are affecting the market, and why this could give households more negotiating power than they have had in years. Whether you are refinancing, buying your first home, investing in property or simply trying to protect your household budget, this market shift matters.

With a fall in house prices people are not taking out home loans. Banks are cutting their home loan interest rates, and dropping other requirements, in order to drum up business. However, things are set to get a lot worse considering what's happening in the Middle East. This video argues that house prices, even if there is a dip, will tend to rise over the longer term. The big problem is if there is a huge economic disaster. House prices could theoretically plummet. The trick is to pick the bottom. With the influx of migrants into Australia it is likely that a big fall could largely be negated.

The developed world—especially Australia—is trapped in an unprecedented poly-crisis, and almost nobody is calling out the root cause.

We have completely abandoned a productive economic system and replaced it with a toxic wealth-extraction machine. This structural shift has broken capitalism entirely. While global paper wealth is being pumped to record highs, actual economic productivity is plummeting at the exact same rate.
