Burnham's Labour Suffer Astonishing DECLINE (Michael Heaver)

Labour votes are massively down from previous years, while the overall voter turnout has been extremely low (in Manchester), allowing them to win. If the 75% of people who did not vote participated then Labour could be kicked out of these elections and in the general election.
