US-Iran Deal Is Dead, Strikes Resume. Hormuz Set To Close as Oil Reserves Run Low (The Duran)




The MOU was just like another Minsk agreement, which means it was simply a pause in fighting. Alexander points out that the MOU was actually a good deal, but that the US, and Israel, were never going to implement it - except to allow shipping to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
