Ukraine is Preparing Another Summer Offensive (Where?) - History Legends

The neocon backed leadership in Ukraine, captained by Zelensky, has issued more suicidal orders to their troops. It's like they deliberately want them killed. How many times have they engaged in costly offensives that chew up men and resources? This looks like another deliberate action to kill their own people, for limited gains and Public Relations. Remember, the neocons are against neo-Nazis, and also the Russians. They have no problem wiping out both sides in a war of attrition.
