Trump expresses surprise at public mourning for Iran’s leader.
Trump is undoubtedly being controlled by the US-Israeli Deep State. He's faced assassination multiple times, and also (undoubtedly) threats to his family. He's now going along with whatever these criminals serve up to him. He might act surprised, but in reality he's playing along to keep himself alive. This is obviously not a good situation. His only push back, after the failure of a quick victory, is to argue against further fighting because of the economic fallout from the war. An economic calamity would take the US out of the fight as oil prices skyrocket.
No one that gets into office, with the Deep State still in place, can do anything to turn the ship around without being killed. It's that simple. To make any real change a widespread popular uprising is needed, combined with a military take over, that detains all CIA, FBI, and NSA personnel, along with a number of connected corporatists, to put an end to the corruption.
