The key thing to consider about this rejection of the 4th of July celebrations is the push of oppression propaganda. While there is a real issue with the Native American People the situation with other groups is different. After slavery was ended the black population could have decided to go back to Africa but they chose to stay. Europeans held as slaves in North Africa would have gone back to Europe, but almost all of them died. Slavery was not unique to Europeans. This idea that the West is continually oppressing minorities with their own borders is a lie. Those that think this is true should simply leave.
