Col Douglas Macgregor: The Problem Facing Putin Right Now (Daniel Davis)

Macgregor takes a look at the frontline situation in Ukraine. The war has only continued for so long because of massive Western support, drone war, and the willingness of the Ukrainians to suffer enormous losses. The video points out that Putin has spent a lot of time over the last few years building capabilities and stockpiles of weapons, rather than throwing everything into the fight.

This cautious approach is designed to limit casualties, but it's lengthening the duration of the war. However, the Russians have pointed out that their intention, from the beginning, as been to destroy the Ukrainian Army via attrition. This takes time. Eventually the seeds of their strategy will bear fruit, but the question is when? With recent advances on all fronts this time might be soon (where we could see large areas of the Ukrainian front line collapse). 

Macgregor wants Putin to mass troops and march on Kiev, to send a message about the seriousness of what they are doing. 

When it comes to the war against Iran, the consensus is that the MOU won't work, and that fighting will resume. The key problem is that the Israelis won't stop their attacks in Lebanon.
