Birthright Challenge CRUSHED — Critics Blame WOMEN (Kim Iversen)

The Supreme court has ruled against Trump's executive order targeting Birthright citizenship



At face value a law to allow newly arrived people's children to become citizens at birth is a stupid idea. The parents will obviously be foreign nationals, and so the children should be considered to be in their custody, where the entire family should be treated as migrants. As migrants the family would have to go through the necessary steps to become citizens. If the adults become citizens then the child should then be treated as such. Also, at a certain age, the child should automatically be treated as a citizen, having grown up in the culture. Citizenship should not be automatically granted at birth. The US Congress can pass an amendment to clear up the anchor baby problem.
