Seyed M. Marandi: Hormuz Toll, Strike On Kuwait, Israel Decline & Iranian Nuclear Bomb? (Glenn Diesen)

Prof. Seyed Mohammad Marandi is a former advisor to Iran's nuclear negotiation team. Prof. Marandi discusses how Iran's toll booth is already operating, why Iran hit Kuwait, the decline of Israel & the suspicions that Iran will now acquire a nuclear weapon for deterrence.

Marandi points out that the ceasefire has been a joke, that the US keeps violating it, and that the blockade is an ongoing act of war. He also reminds the audience that Israel continues to attack Lebanon and Gaza, something that triggered an Iranian response previously. For an end to the conflict, these acts must stop.

Despite everything that is happening, Iran still refuses to acquire a nuclear weapon, although public and political sentiment in the country may be changing. The main thing driving an end to the fighting, from the Western position, is looming oil shortages.
