SCOTUS Sides With Monsanto, You Can't Sue For Your Cancer (Kim Iversen)

The judges sided with what the EPA said, when it came to safety, a body that is in bed with the corporations. The idea of siding with authority rather than looking objectively at evidence of harm, is dangerous. Moreover, if the EPA's oversight system is hugely flawed their word cannot rationally be seen as valid when it comes to making a legal judgement. What SCOTUS did was ridiculous.
