Here's Part 2 of the Department of War UFO dump. But, this time, I've got some footage that's better than anything the Government released!
PLUS, it's not a parachute flare, and I'll prove it!



The video rightly points out that the military likely has much better close up footage of UFOs that they have not released. Nevertheless, the material recently released does show anomalous phenomena.
