Prof Seyed Marandi: Too Late for Ground Attack in Iran (Daniel Davis)

Prof Marandi Warns: Blockade stays Until Israel Withdraws! Iran wants the Israelis to stop attacking Gaza and Lebanon and for the US to lift its blockade on Iranian ports. Meanwhile the US seems to want the Iranians to give up any nuclear weapons ambitions, and likely nuclear power ambitions, where the Iranians would agree to the former, but not the latter. Regardless, the entire conflict has been an Israeli led operation to enact regime change in Iran which has failed.  

US claims that Iran is under pressure of a political collapse are false. It is the world economy that is under the threat of collapse with energy supplies restricted by the current blockade - where the Iranians are only targeting ships allied to the US and Israel. Other vessels are still getting through.

Marandi points out that everything Iran has done came after attacks from Israel and the USA. If both the US and Israel back down, all shipping would be allowed through, but they would now pay a toll. A peace deal could likely be worked out with third party inspections of Iranian nuclear facilities - conducted by China or Russia.
