IRAN: Just a Bunch of Crazy Bastards? /Prof Mirandi & Lt Col Danel Davis

Professor Mirandi points out that Iran is not going to back down because it will give the US and Israel an opportunity to rearm. He believes that the lack of a political resolution will lead to the destruction of all the power stations and oil facilities in the region that will cause an economic calamity worse than the Great Depression. All of the Gulf State countries are set to collapse when their power and water goes off. Hundreds of thousands, or even millions, will leave the region. The global knock on effects will be massive.

When it came to the insurrection and the claim that 30,000 protesters were killed, a key justification for the war, Mirandi says that the actual number is known to be over 3000, and that hundreds of police were killed because activists had been armed by the US - something Trump just admitted. 

The war is supported by both the left and right in the US, and their media. No real criticism of what is happening is being aired. 

For people following the conflict online, as opposed to the mainstream press, they can see the war is one of aggression and that it's been driven by the Israeli Government. If the Israelis had not wanted the war it would not have happened. The conflict is exposing how things really operate when it comes to Washington politics. How far does the behind-the-scenes bribery, threats and blackmailing go?
