Why 2026 will be another brutal year for housing affordability (Leithvo)

This weekend's Treasury of Common Sense on Radio 2GB/4BC explained why purchase and rental affordability will deteriorate further in 2026 and why it is critical that the federal government cuts immigration.



Leith points out that we know from the pandemic that the Government can control the amount of people coming into the country, and yet, in this housing crisis, they are doing nothing. This is because the overpaid, self important people running the country really DO NOT CARE about the hardships suffered by ordinary people.
